新疆大剧院屋盖结构设计

[摘要]新疆大剧院屋盖由内外两层穹顶嵌套而成。外层穹顶分为南壳和北壳,与内壳形成三个基本独立的结构受力单元。南北壳均为由26榀沿径向均匀分布的竖向桁架组成的近似1/4球;内壳则为由10榀拱桁架组成的拱形曲面。外层穹顶与内层穹顶之间通过立面幕墙连接,形成封闭屋盖系统。为提高结构的整体协同工作能力和稳定性,在不影响建筑效果的前提下,在内外壳设置了不同形式的支撑体系。采用SAP2000软件对比分析了设置支撑与不设置支撑下结构的受力形态和刚度,详细介绍了屋盖结构体系的形成过程、结构受力特征及主要分析结果。分析结果表明设置支撑能显著提高结构的刚度和整体性。

Roof structural design of Xinjiang Grand Theater

Abstract: The roof of Xinjiang Grand Theatre is made by the outer and inner domes. The outer dome is divided into the South dome or North dome. The two outer domes and inner dome are three independent structural mechanical elements. The shape of South dome or North dome is 1/4 ball approximately, respectively composed by 26 pieces of vertical trusses uniformly distributed along the radial. The inner dome is composed by 10 pieces of arch trusses to form an arch-shaped curved surface. A closed roof systems is formed by facade curtain walls between the outer and inner domes. Different supporting systems are set to improve the overall cooperative work ability and stability of the structure without influencing the architectural effect. The mechanical pattern and stiffness of the structure with and without supporting system were analyzed and compared by using software SAP2000.The formation process of roof structural system, structure mechanical characteristics and main analysis results were also detailed. The results show that setting supporting systems can improve stiffness and entirety of the structure significantly.
