虹桥搜候商务广场复杂连体结构设计

[摘要]以虹桥搜候商务广场复杂连体结构为背景,阐述其连接体的主要设计理念和设计内容。该项目连接体数量多、造型复杂、体量大,其中3个位于低位、3个位于高位,受力复杂。设计中在天桥两端设置铅芯橡胶支座,通过支座隔震使主楼达到各自受力的目的,既简化了连接体传力路径,又减轻了其对主体结构的不利影响。为提高连接体在大震下的安全储备,在支座两端设置防跌落装置。常规荷载及小震作用下,取独立模型进行计算,并考虑支座的弹性刚度;大震作用下,取整体模型进行弹塑性时程分析,以评估支座的隔震效果及变形情况,为支座构造的设计提供数值依据。通过对连接体进行竖向和水平荷载作用下的变形分析、受力分析及舒适度分析,验证了结构各项性能指标均能满足规范的要求,隔震支座的隔震效果明显,支座构造能够满足结构变形的要求,表明该结构设计合理有效。

Design of complex connective structure of Hongqiao SOHO Business Plaza

Abstract: The main design concept and content of connective bodies of complex connective structure of Hongqiao SOHO Business Plaza were illustrated. The connective bodies with complex shape and big size were designed in the project. Three of them lie in low floors and the others lie in high floors with complicated mechanical conditions. Lead rubber bearings are adopted on both ends of footbridge in design. Through bearing isolation, the main building can achieve the purpose of separated bearing mechanism, which not only simplifies the transmission path of the connective body, but also reduces the adverse effect on the main structure. In order to improve the safety reserve of the connective body under the rare earthquake, the anti-dropping device is arranged at the both ends of the bearing. Under conventional loads and frequent earthquakes, independent model is adopted to calculate, and the elastic stiffness of bearing is considered; under the rare earthquakes, the overall model is adopted for elastic-plastic time-history analysis to evaluate the bearing isolation effect and the deformation, which provides numerical basis for the design of the bearing structure. Through the deformation analysis, mechanical analysis and comfort analysis of the connective body under the vertical and horizontal loads, each performance index of the structure is verified to meet the specification requirements. The isolation effect of the isolation bearing is obvious and the bearing
structure can meet the structural deformation requirements, which shows that the structural design is reasonable and effective.
