2014年“威马逊”超强台风作用下建筑结构灾损调查与分析:钢筋混凝土结构

[摘要]介绍了“威马逊”超强台风中严重损坏的钢筋混凝土结构,包括一栋工业混凝土水塔和几座工业厂房。钢筋混凝土水塔灾损的主要原因是:筒体中的洞口周围未采取任何加强措施,洞口中心所在截面是筒体最薄弱截面,筒体最薄弱截面处混凝土质量差、强度低,导致混凝土在台风作用下被压溃。工业厂房钢筋混凝土柱灾损的主要原因是:厂房结构未经过正规设计,钢筋混凝土柱截面尺寸和配筋严重不足。此外,媒体广泛报道,文昌市铺前镇海边一栋“水泥楼”被“威马逊”超强台风摧毁,该建筑实际上是一栋三层砖混结构,在“威马逊”超强台风中被一艘军舰撞毁,而不是被台风直接“吹坏”。

Investigation and analysis of damages of building structures caused by super typhoon Rammasun in 2014: reinforced concrete structures

Abstract: A few reinforced  concrete structures severely damaged in super typhoon Rammasun were introduced, including an industrial reinforced concrete water tower and several industrial plants. The main reason of the reinforced concrete water tower disaster is that no strengthening measures were taken around the tube hole, so the section crossing the centre of the tube hole is the weakest section in the tube, the quality of concrete is poor with low strength in the weakest section of the tube, resulting in concrete crushing under the typhoon. The main reason of the reinforced concrete column damage of industrial plants is that the plant is designed informally, and reinforced concrete column has seriously insufficient section size and reinforcement. In addition, the media widely reported that a cement building located in seaside of Puqian town, Wenchang city town of Wenchang City was destroyed by Super Typhoon Rammasun. The building is actually a three-storey masonry-concrete structure and was crashed by a warship in the Super Typhoon Rammasun, rather than being directly destroyed by the typhoon.
