单调荷载作用下碳化混凝土应力-应变关系试验研究*

[摘要]通过快速碳化混凝土单调加载试验,研究了碳化对混凝土强度、刚度以及变形能力的影响。研究发现:碳化对于混凝土强度的提高作用有限,碳化后混凝土峰值压应变明显降低,弹性模量提高,试件破坏时脆性更加明显;不同碳化深度混凝土的应力-应变曲线上升段十分接近,下降段则随碳化加深变得越来越陡。通过对试验结果分析,建立了单调荷载作用下碳化混凝土应力-应变曲线方程,并给出了方程参数与碳化深度之间的关系,研究成果可为既有混凝土结构性能评定提供技术依据。

Experimental investigation of the stress-strain relationship of carbonated concrete under monotonic loading

Abstract: Through monotonic loading tests on rapid carbonation concrete, the influence of carbonation on concrete strength, stiffness and deformability was studied. Test results show that carbonation has a limited role in improving the compressive strength. The peak compressive strain significantly decreases whereas the elastic modulus increases after carbonation, and the brittleness of concrete becomes more obvious when the specimen fails. The rising sections of stress-strain curves for concrete with different carbonation depths are similar and the falling sections become increasingly steeper with the increase of carbonation depth. Based on test result analysis, the stress-strain curve equation of carbonated concrete under monotonic loading was established and the relationship between equation parameters and carbonation depth was provided. Research results can provide the technical basis for the performance evaluation of existing concrete structure.
