塑料保护膜在钢结构防腐蚀中的应用研究*

[摘要]以某大学游泳馆内部高湿高热并且含氯离子的环境、室内潮湿环境、室内干燥环境以及室外露天环境四种不同腐蚀环境为试验研究背景,对致密的新型可剥液体型塑料保护膜的防腐蚀性能进行了试验研究,并与目前常用的防腐涂料的效果进行了对比。结果表明,新型可剥液体型塑料保护膜对钢结构有较好的防腐蚀效能,优于常用的防腐涂料。[关键词]钢结构; 锈蚀; 腐蚀环境; 可剥液体型塑料保护膜中图分类号:TU391 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2016)06-0077-04

The corrosion resistant performance of a new type of compact strippable liquid-type plastic protective film was researched and the anticorrosion effect was compared with effects of current commonly-used antirust coatings. The results show that this new type of strippable liquid-type plastic protective film has good anticorrosion effect that is better than that of commonly-used antirust coatings.Keywords:steel structure; corrosion; corrosive environment; strippable liquid-type plastic protective film
