某细腰平面超高层住宅地震作用下受力分析

[摘要]结合某细腰平面超高层住宅工程案例,对该类结构地震作用计算过程中楼盖假定的适用性、CQC反应谱法及弹性时程直接积分法计算结果的差异、结构阻尼比对细腰构件内力的影响以及细腰程度限值影响因素等进行了对比分析,探讨了常规分析方法对细腰部位构件受力分析的不足之处,得到了各因素对计算结果的误差范围。最后通过动力弹塑性非线性分析方法校核了工程案例细腰部位在大震作用下的表现。分析结果表明,非细腰部位可采用分块刚性楼盖假定的CQC反应谱法,细腰部位可采用弹性时程分析方法进行分析和设计;常阻尼模型能偏安全地考虑高阶不利振型对细腰的影响;大震下细腰损伤严重,增加连接板能适当改善细腰处的构件损伤。[关键词]超高层住宅; 细腰平面; 楼盖假定; 地震作用计算方法; 阻尼比中图分类号:TU375,TU318.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2016)06-0029-07
Analysis on seismic behavior of super high-rise residential building with wasp-waisted planeTan Wei1, Wang Wentao1, Ru Zhen1, Shi Yongmang1, Wu Junquan2(1 CCDI Group, Shenzhen 518057, China; 2 China Resources(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518001, China)Abstract: Combined with a practical engineering of a super high-rise residential building with wasp-waisted plan, applicability for the assumption of slab model in wasp-waisted plan structure under earthquake, difference between the result of complete quadratic combination method and elastic time-history dynamic analysis, effect of damping ratio on inner force of wasp-waisted components and influence factor of wasp-waisted limited value were contrastive analyzed. The shortcomings of force analysis for wasp-waisted components by using regular analysis were discussed. The error range of calculation results for different factors was obtained. The behaviors of wasp-waisted zone of the engineering projects were checked according to nonlinear elastic-plastic dynamic analysis at the end. The analysis results show that elements out of the wasp-waist can be designed using CQC response spectrum method with block rigid floor assumption, and the wasp-waist part can be designed using time-history method. Constant damping ratio model leads to go over safety to consider higher order vibration mode. Wasp-waist damaged seriously under severe earthquake, and connecting plate can improve the damage of wasp-waist.Keywords:super high-rise residential building; wasp-waisted plane; assumption of slab model; calculation method of earthquake; damping ratio
