移动硅谷创新中心二期项目7#楼结构设计若干问题的讨论

[摘要]移动硅谷创新中心二期项目7#楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,为满足首层及2层大空间的要求,在首层和2层拔去了2根柱子,存在局部转换。主要针对该项目结构设计中转换桁架的性能化设计、首层室内地面与外围地下室顶板存在较大高差时如何实现上部结构在地下室顶板嵌固、地基基础的变刚度调平设计等几个关键问题进行讨论。通过对结构进行计算和对比分析得出,结构能够满足安全和建筑功能的要求,实现了"三水准"抗震设防性能目标。

Discussions of structural design problems in the 7# building of phrase Ⅱproject of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre

Abstract:The 7# building of phrase Ⅱproject of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre adopts cast-in-place RC frame-corewall structural system. To meet the requirements of large space on the first and second floors, two columns are removed and a local structural conversion exists. Several key issues in the project were discussed including performance-based seismic design of conversion truss, how to ascertain the superstructure fixed on top floor of basement structure considering the large elevation difference between interior floor of the first floor and the exterior top floor of basement, and the variable rigidity design of foundation.The structure can meet the requirements of security and building function, achieve the seismic performance goals of "three seismic fortification levels" by the structure calculation and comparison analysis.
