武汉人信汇高位裙房双塔超限高层抗震分析和性能化设计

[摘要]介绍了武汉人信汇高位裙房双塔超限高层的分析和设计过程,采用SATWE, YJK, MIDAS/Building和ETABS等多个软件对单塔模型和双塔整体模型进行了多遇地震作用下的振型分解反应谱分析和弹性时程补充分析,并采用PERFORM-3D软件对整体模型进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构体系合理,整体结构受力和变形行为符合预期目标,扭转效应控制在合理范围内,结构整体的安全性和可靠度可以得到较好保证。针对结构不设防震缝、体型复杂、多项指标超限等特点进行了性能化设计,结构整体性能达到《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)规定的性能目标C级的要求。对关键构件和关键部位进行了复杂分析并采取了相应的构造加强措施。

Seismic analysis and performance-based design of a tall twin-tower beyond code limits with high-rise podium for Wuhan Ren Xin Hui

Abstract:The analysis and design process of a tall twin-tower beyond code limits with high-rise podium for Wuhan Ren Xin Hui was introduced. Single tower models and twin towers model were analyzed using the programs of SATWE, YJK, MIDAS/Building and ETABS for response spectrum analysis and complementary elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake. Elasto-plastic time history analysis of the overall model was performed by the program of PERFORM-3D under the rare earthquake. Analysis results show that the overall structural system is rational, the overall mechanism and deformation meet the expected goals, the torsional effects are well controlled in a reasonable range, and the safety and reliability of the overall structure can be well assured. Considering the removal of seismic joints between towers and podium, complex massing and several indexes exceeding code limits, performance-based design was applied and the structural overall expected performance can satisfy the requirement of C-level performance goal that is set in the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings (JGJ 3—2010). Detailed analyses for crucial members and details were performed as well together with the strengthening measures in construction.
