不停航条件下航站楼既有连廊基础结构加固施工*

[摘要]上海浦东国际机场T1航站楼流程改造工程中,为满足既有连廊上部结构加建后的承载力要求,对既有连廊首层基础结构进行加固。既有连廊首层净空高度仅约为4m,加固施工的全过程中既有连廊二层、三层均处于正常运营状态,且加固设计节点复杂,给围护结构施工、增设混凝土灌注桩以及首层结构加固带来了极大的困难。经过现场实测并结合设计图纸反复研究,采取改进施工机械、调整压顶梁结构设计、优化加固节点施工流程等措施,解决了不停航条件下既有连廊基础结构加固施工难题,加快了工程进度,节约了工程费用,确保了基础结构加固过程中航站楼不停航运营的安全。

Reinforcement construction of airport terminal's existing corridor foundation structure without suspending air

Abstract:During reconstructing Shanghai Pudong International Airport T1 terminal, the foundation structure of first floor of existing corridor should be reinforced for requirement of bearing capacity considering construction of the superstructure of the existing corridor. The clear height of existing corridors' ground floor is only 4m high. The second and the third floor are in service during the whole progress of reinforcement construction. Considering the complex reinforcement joint design, there are great difficulties in enclosure structure construction, adding cast-in-place concrete piles and the ground floor reinforcement. Based on on-site measurement and repeated studies combined with the design drawings, measures were taken including the improvement of construction machinery, the adjustment of the structural design of top beam and construction process optimization of reinforcement joint and other measures, to solve the reinforcement construction difficulty of the existing corridors' foundation structure without suspending air. The measures accelerated construction speed, saved construction cost and ensured the safety of the terminal when the foundation structure is in reinforcement construction without suspending air.
