二次受力下CFRP板加固钢梁抗弯承载力试验研究*

[摘要]通过对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)板加固受弯钢梁进行受力分析,推导了二次受力下CFRP板加固钢梁抗弯承载力计算公式。为验证该计算公式的正确性,进行了4根CFRP板加固H型钢梁的静力试验,并设置一根未加固钢梁作为对比梁,然后用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行模拟分析,并将理论计算结果、试验结果及有限元分析结果进行对比。结果表明,CFRP板加固钢梁的抗弯承载力随初始应力的增大而减小,所推导的抗弯承载力公式的理论计算结果与试验结果及有限元分析结果较为吻合,表明该计算公式具有较高精度。

Experimental study on the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate under secondary load

Abstract:The calculation formula of the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plate under secondary load was derived through mechanical analysis on flexural steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate. Four H-shaped steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate were tested under static loading to verify the proposed calculation formula. And one normal H-shaped steel beam was tested for comparison. The simulation analysis was then performed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formula, the experimental and finite element analysis results were compared. It is shown from the comparison that the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by CFRP plate decreases with the increase of the initial stress. The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formula agree well with the experimental and finite element analysis results, which means the proposed calculation formula has high accuracy.
