石家庄华润中心城市综合体结构设计关键点

[摘要]石家庄华润中心属华润置地万象城系列城市高端综合体项目,裙房单元尺寸约143m×250m,7层裙房上设置4个超高层塔楼。为满足建筑使用功能及立面美观,未设置永久伸缩缝、防震缝,形成多塔楼超长结构。从地震扭转控制、塔楼地震力评估、超长结构裂缝控制角度,结合SATWE和ETABS程序分析结果,阐述了石家庄华润中心城市综合体设计中三个关键性问题,并给出了相关的解决措施。

Structural design key points of urban complex of Shijiazhuang Huarun Center

Abstract:Shijiazhuang Huarun Center is a high-end urban complex project which belongs to the Vientiane City series of China Resources Land. The chassis podium has 250 meters length with 143 meters width, and there are four super high-rise towers on the 7-layer podium. In order to fulfill architecture service function and beautiful facade, there is no permanent expansion joint and seismic joint to form a multi-tower super-long structure. There are three key problems in design of urban complex of Shijiazhuang Huarun Center, including seismic torsional displacement ratio, amplification law of seismic forces of towers and crack control method. The key problems were analyzed combining with analysis results of SATWE and ETABS programs. And relevant solutions were provided.
