基于稳定性能的开口截面立柱试验和计算分析*

[摘要]为模拟单元体幕墙中开口截面立柱在极限风压作用下的稳定性能,进行了沙袋模拟加载风压单元体破坏试验,实测了开口截面公母立柱在平面外和平面内的变形值和应变值。分别采用英国标准BS 8118∶Part1∶1991和美国标准ADM-2010的计算方法对开口截面立柱了进行稳定和强度计算,并分析比对了计算结果和试验结果。研究表明,试验结果远大于英国标准BS 8118:Part1:1991和美国标准ADM-2010的计算结果,实际应用中可对英国标准BS 8118∶Part1∶1991和美国标准ADM-2010的计算方法进行修正,以达到提高开口型材截面使用率的目的。

Experiment and calculation analysis of the open section columns based on stability performance

Abstract:To simulate the stability performance of the aluminum alloy columns with open section in unit cell curtain wall under limit wind pressure, destructive experiment of one unit cell curtain wall loaded with sandbags was carried out. The out-of-plane and in-plane deformation and the strain of the male and female columns were measured. Stability and strength of the columns with open section were calculated by using calculation methods of British standard BS 8118∶Part1∶1991and American standard ADM-2010. By comparing the results of experiments and calculation, it is shown that experimental results are much greater than the calculation results of British standard BS 8118∶Part1∶1991and American standard ADM-2010. In order to improve the utilization ratio of the cross section of open material, the calculation method of British standard BS 8118∶Part1∶1991and American standard ADM-2010 should be modified in the practical application.
