某体育馆屋面系统抗风承载力试验研究*

[摘要]大型场馆屋面系统大多采用金属屋面板,此类屋面板在风荷载作用下容易发生破坏。通过堆砂静力试验方法模拟风荷载对屋面产生的静压力,对采用65/400(3004型)铝镁锰合金屋面板的某体育馆屋面系统模型的抗风承载力进行了试验研究,分别实测无防风夹、满布防风夹和周边布设防风夹三类屋面系统的变形及极限承载力,根据试验结果对屋面系统在模拟风荷载作用下的破坏机理进行分析。结果表明:屋面板与T形支座直立锁边咬合连接破坏是屋面系统破坏的主要原因,加设防风夹后屋面系统承载力有很大提高;在不考虑屋面板大变形的情况下,无防风夹试验屋面的极限荷载达1.4kN/m2,周边布设防风夹的试验屋面的极限荷载可以达到3.0kN/m2,满布防风夹的试验屋面的极限荷载可以达到5.0kN/m2;据推算,单个防风夹可以提供1.27kN承载力。

Experimental research on wind load-bearing capacity of a gymnasium  roofing system

Abstract:Most of the large stadiums' roofing systems adopt metal roof panels which are prone to be destroyed under the wind load. The sand pile static test method was used to simulate static pressure of wind load on the roof and the experimental research on wind load-bearing capacity of a gymnasium's roofing system using 65/400 (3004 type) aluminum magnesium manganese alloy roof panel was carried out. The deformations and ultimate bearing capacities of three roofing systems (without wind clip, full of wind clips and with wind clips in surroundings respectively) were measured. According to the test results, the failure mechanism of roofing system under simulated wind load was analyzed. The results show that the main reason for the destruction of the roofing system is the connection damage of roof panel and vertical welt of T-shaped support, and roofing system capacity is greatly improved with installation of wind clips. Without considering the case of large deformation of roof panel, ultimate load on the experimental roof without wind clip is 1.4kN/m2, and the ultimate loads are 3.0kN/m2 and 5.0kN/m2 respectively for roofs with surrounding wind clips and full of wind clips. It is estimated that a single wind clip can provide bearing capacity of more than 1.27kN.
