南宁某超高层综合楼的结构方案选择

[摘要]某超高层综合楼地下4层,地上62层,建筑总高度300m。针对该超高层建筑的特性,从受力性能和经济性出发,对矩形钢管混凝土柱框架-核心筒混合结构、圆钢管混凝土柱框架-核心筒混合结构和钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构三种不同的结构方案进行对比分析,最终选择钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构方案作为结构设计的方向。该工程由于选用了合适的结构方案和合理的结构布置,使工程在具有良好的结构性能和更优的经济性之间获得平衡。

Structural scheme option of a super high-rise complex building in Nanning

Abstract:A super high-rise complex building is 300m high, which contains 62 stories above ground, 4-stories below ground. In view of the particularity of the super high-rise building, three different structural concepts were compared from the perspective of the mechanical behavior and economical efficiency, which contain rectangle CFT column frame-core tube composite structure, circular CFT column frame-core tube composite structure and reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. The reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure was chosen for the direction of structure design. The structure has more efficiency in the mechanical behavior and economy because of the suitable structure concept and structure arrangement.
