带转换双塔超高层结构抗震性能化设计

[摘要]深圳某项目为由两栋超高层住宅塔楼及底部商业裙房构成的大底盘双塔结构,两栋塔楼整体平面分别成L形和凹形。该项目除结构高度超限外,尚存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、尺寸突变、竖向构件不连续等不规则项。采用等效弹性方法对结构关键构件进行了中震不屈服和中震弹性验算,采用ABAQUS程序对结构进行了罕遇地震弹塑性动力时程分析,对结构整体性能状态和关键构件的塑性开展进行了研究。结果表明,项目各关键构件满足所设定的抗震性能目标,结构具有良好的抗震性能。

Performance-based seismic design on super high-rise twin tower building with transfer story

Abstract:A project in Shenzhen is composed of two super high-rise residential tower buildings and a bottom commercial podium to form a twin tower building with large chassis. The overall shapes of the two towers in plane are L-shaped and concave. The project's height exceeds the code limits and there are four irregular items including torsion irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, dimension mutation and vertical component discontinuity. The elastic and unyielding checks under the fortification earthquake were carried out on the key structural components through equivalent elastic method. The elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis using ABAQUS program was taken to research the overall structural performance and the key components' plasticity development under the rare earthquake. The results show that all the key components in project meet the expected seismic performance objectives and the structure has a good seismic performance.
