先张法预应力钢绞线锚固长度试验研究*

[摘要]为研究疲劳荷载作用下先张法预应力钢绞线的锚固长度,对3根梁式锚固试件进行了疲劳荷载作用下的疲劳试验。根据疲劳后静载试验时钢绞线的应力应变和粘结应力,分析了钢绞线的粘结锚固机理;对比中国规范、美国规范和欧洲规范中钢绞线锚固长度得出,中国规范中钢铰线的锚固长度具有较大的安全储备,且大于美国规范和欧洲规范中钢绞线的锚固长度。[关键词]预应力; 锚固; 拉拔试验; 钢绞线; 滑移中图分类号:TU378.8 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)15-0102-04

According to the stress-strain and bond stress of the steel obtained in the post-fatigue static load tests, the bonding anchorage mechanism of the steel strand was analyzed. The comparisons of the anchorage length of the steel strand in Chinese, European and American standards were progressed, and results show that the anchorage length of the steel strand in Chinese standards is the longest with large safety reserve.Keywords:prestress; anchorage; pull-out experiment; steel strand; slip
