小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁抗剪承载力计算方法研究*

[摘要]采用ABAQUS软件对小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁抗剪承载力进行了数值分析。通过大量的数值模拟,分析了跨高比、钢板厚度和纵筋配筋率等参数对小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明,小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁对钢板的抗剪承载力利用率更高,但是增加钢板厚度会使钢板抗剪承载力利用率迅速降低;当小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁发生剪切破坏时,纵筋配筋率几乎不对试件承载力有影响;根据钢板厚度和跨高比的不同,发生剪切破坏的钢板-混凝土组合连梁中钢板对抗剪承载力的贡献可达到43%~81%,但不会超过81%。分析拟合了钢板对抗剪承载力贡献的计算公式,提出的计算方法可以应用于小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁的设计,建议设计过程中承受较大剪力的小跨高比钢板-混凝土组合连梁钢板抗剪承载力乘以折减系数0.8。

Study on calculation method for shear capacity of steel plate-reinforced composite coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio

Abstract:The shear capacity of steel plate-reinforced composite (SPRC) coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio was simulated based on the software ABAQUS. With abundant numerical simulations, effects of factors on the shear capacity of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio were analyzed, including span-to-depth ratio, plate thickness and longitudinal reinforcement ratio. The results show that the utilization rate of the shear capacity of steel plate is higher for  SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio, but the utilization ratio of the shear capacity of steel plate decreases quickly with increase of the plate-thickness. The longitudinal reinforcement ratio has little impact on the shear capacity when the shear failure of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio occurs. Considering different plate thicknesses and span-to-depth ratios, the contribution of the steel plate in SPRC coupling beams on shear capacity is from 43% to 81%, but no more than 81%. The fitting formula for the contribution of the steel plate on shear capacity was proposed. The proposed calculation method can be applied to the design of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio. It is recommended that the shear capacity of the steel plate be multiplied by reduction factor of 0.8 if a large shear force exists in the design of SPRC coupling beams with small span-to-depth ratio.
