新疆某机关办公楼结构设计

[摘要]针对工程中存在的塔楼偏置、高位转换、平面不规则、长宽比超限、高宽比接近规范限值、结构超长等情况,采用概念设计方法对结构体系进行选型,并对整体布置进行优化;采用型钢混凝土和预应力混凝土技术,对关键构件和薄弱部位进行内力调整,以增强结构构件的承载能力和变形能力;对超长结构配置合理的温度应力钢筋,同时采取施工措施减小温度应力;对大空间楼屋盖的强度、舒适度进行计算分析,以确保结构的安全可靠。结果表明,整体结构各项计算指标均满足相应规范要求。

Structural design of an office building in Xinjiang

Abstract:The building has characteristics of tower eccentricity, high-level conversion, plane irregularity, out-of-code length-width ratio, height-width ratio close to the code limit and super long structure. The conceptual design method was used to carry out structural system selection and the overall layout was optimized. Steel reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete techniques were used to carry out internal force adjustment of key components and weak parts to strengthen the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the components. Reasonable temperature stress rebar were deployed for super long structures and construction measures were taken to reduce temperature stress. The comfort and strength of large space floor and roof were calculated to ensure safety and reliability of the structure. Results show that all the calculated structural overall indexes can meet the requirements of the relevant codes.
