中国与欧美不锈钢焊接连接设计方法对比分析

[摘要]针对不锈钢焊接连接,对比了欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4∶2006、美国不锈钢结构设计指南和美国规范SEI/ASCE 8-02及中国规范的适用范围、设计方法,研究了各规范对不锈钢对接焊缝、角焊缝连接设计的基本规定和设计计算方法。分析结果表明,中国规范的焊缝强度取值与欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4∶2006相近,美国规范SEI/ASCE 8-02对于侧面角焊缝或斜向角焊缝比中国规范和欧洲规范BS EN1993-1-4的安全储备更高。中国规范对于焊接连接设计的规定总体是合理的。[关键词]不锈钢; 对接焊缝; 角焊缝; 焊接连接; 设计方法; 规范对比中图分类号:TU391 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)15-0001-04
Comparative study on stainless steel weld connection design method in European, American and Chinese design codesWu Yaohua, Qiu Shengguang, Zhang Yu(Central Research Institute of Building and Construction, MCC, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract: For stainless steel weld connections, the applicable scopes and design methods of European code BS EN1993-1-4∶2006, American stainless steel structure design guidelines and American code SEI/ASCE 8-02 and Chinese code were compared. The basic regulations and design calculation methods of stainless steel butt weld and fillet weld connection design in above codes were studied. Analyses results show that the weld strength value in Chinese code is similar to that in European Standard BS EN1993-1-4∶2006. The safety reserve of side fillet weld or oblique fillet weld in American Standard SEI/ASCE 8-02 is higher than that in Chinese code and European code BS EN1993-1-4. The requirements of Chinese code on weld connection design are generally reasonable.Keywords:stainless steel; butt weld; fillet weld; weld connection; design method; code comparison
