自平衡试验在鲤鱼沱大桥中的应用*

[摘要]对于承受大荷载的小桩径桩基的静载试验,采用传统堆载或锚桩提供反力,实现难度较大,故对于鲤鱼沱大桥桩基,采用静载自平衡试验。通过自平衡试验,对荷载箱埋设、组合千斤顶和油表率定、加载和卸载、单桩竖向承载力计算等关键过程予以控制。试验表明,试桩3c2,3c4的单桩竖向极限承载力为39 220kN;组合千斤顶和油表率定还需要进一步规范;现有技术条件下,自平衡试验是承受大荷载桩基静载试验的理想选择;在工程桩中开展自平衡试验需要慎重。

Application of self-balanced test in Li-yu Tuo Bridge

Abstract: It is difficult for the traditional stack or anchor pile to provide reaction force for the static load test with small diameter pil foundation bearing large load. So self-balanced static load test was adopted in Li-yu Tuo Bridge. In selfbalanced load test, the key processes were controlled, such as load box burial,  combined jack and oil table calibration, loading and unloading, and vertical bearing capacity calculation. The test shows that vertical ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile is 39 220kN for piles of 3c2 and 3c4. Combined jack and oil table calibration need further specified. Under the current technology, it is an ideal choice to apply self-balanced static load test for static load of heavy load pile foundation. It need to be careful to develop self-balanced load test in piles.
