超高层建筑楼盖选型研究

［摘要］提出了超高层楼盖选型时需考虑的因素，阐述了楼盖主要分类及优缺点，并结合武汉绿地中心工程实例，对几种主要的楼盖体系选型进行了分析研究，从影响楼盖体系选型的几个主要因素进行了比较论证，对今后工程设计和建设方判断方案的合理性具有参考意义。［关键词］超高层建筑; 楼盖体系; 组合楼盖; 压型钢板; 钢筋桁架楼承板中图分类号：TU318.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002-848X(2015)14-0052-04
Study on floor system optimal selection of super high-rise buildingsQian Yi(Wuhan Real Estate Enterprise Department of Greenland Group, Wuhan 430061, China)Abstract:The main factors for the optimal selection of supper high-rise building floor system were presented. The main classification as well as advantages and disadvantages of floor systems were expounded. Taking Wuhan Greenland Center as an example, analysis approach of several typical floor systems were carried out together with comparison of main factors affecting floor system optimal selection, which have reference significance for the engineering designer and the building side to decide the rationality of floor system scheme.Keywords: supper high-rise building; floor system; composite floor; profiled steel sheet; rebar truss floor support plate
