成都来福士广场施工过程监测及分析

[摘要]成都来福士广场为超高层多塔复杂结构,施工周期长,受到的影响因素如施工荷载、气象环境、风荷载和基础不均匀沉降等复杂多变。为了尽力避免各种不利因素引起的质量问题,对该项目进行了多项施工过程监测,包括基础沉降监测、上部特殊结构变形监测、关键构件应力监测和特殊楼层的舒适度监测。通过施工过程监测和有限元模拟分析,有效地反映了施工过程中各阶段结构响应和状况,为进一步施工作业提供了可靠和有效的数据支撑。[关键词]成都来福士广场; 基础沉降监测; 变形监测; 应力监测; 舒适度监测中图分类号:TU973.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)13-0048-04Construction process monitoring and analysis of Raffles City in ChengduXu Qiang, Xiao Congzhen, Liu Junjin, Pan Chongping(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:The structure of Raffles City in Chengdu is a super high-rise and multi-tower structure with long construction period. The influence factors are complicated and changeable, such as construction load, meteorological environment, wind load environment and uneven settlement of the foundation. In order to avoid the effects of various negative factors caused by quality problems, the project was monitored in the whole construction process, including foundation settlement monitoring, deformation monitoring of upper special structure, stress monitoring of key members and comfort monitoring of special stories. By monitoring in construction process and finite element simulation analysis, structural responses and conditions in different construction processes were effectively reflected to provide reliable and effective basis for further construction.Keywords:Raffles City in Chengdu; foundation settlement monitoring; deformation monitoring; stress monitoring; comfort monitoring
