成都来福士广场T5塔楼结构设计

[摘要]成都来福士广场T5塔楼存在扭转不规则、悬挑、斜柱、竖向构件不连续等多项超限。针对T5塔楼结构的复杂性,结构设计时采取了多项加强措施:钢桁架悬挑转换、承受拉力的梁内设置型钢、转换部位楼板加厚,对重要构件提高了中震和大震作用下的性能目标,剪力墙底部加强部位取1~20层,加强部位柱和剪力墙的抗震等级都提高为一级,悬挑部位在设计时考虑竖向地震作用,对结构在小震、中震、大震作用下的抗震性能进行了计算分析。分析结果表明,T5塔楼结构抗震性能能够满足要求,结构总体可达到预设的抗震设计性能目标。

Structural design of T5 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract:The T5 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu  exists out-of-code problems such as irregular torsion, cantilever, inclined column, discontinuity of the vertical columns and shear walls. To deal with the complexity of the T5 tower structure, several strengthening design measures were taken including cantilever transferring by steel truss, tensional beam with section steel members installed inside, adding the thickness of slabs in transferring parts. The performance-based seismic design goals of important structural members were improved. The bottom strengthening part of the shear wall adopted from 1st to 20th story, and the seismic grades of the columns and shear walls of bottom strengthening part were developed to a higher level. Vertical seismic action was considered in the design of the cantilever transferring structures. The seismic performances of the structure were analyzed under the frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. Analyses results show that the seismic performance of the structure can meet the code requirements and the overall structure can achieve performancebased seismic design goals.
