成都来福士广场T1塔楼结构设计

[摘要]成都来福士广场T1塔楼建筑平面为L形,建筑立面大开洞和悬挑造成结构平面和竖向均不规则,结构采用带斜撑的密排柱外框+剪力墙结构。针对结构复杂部位,采取了多种针对性的抗震加强措施,提高了关键构件的抗震设计性能目标;通过对结构进行弹性时程分析、重要桁架二道防线验算、施工过程模拟影响分析、动力弹塑性时程分析等多种分析手段,保证了结构的安全性。

Structural design of T1 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract:The T1 tower of Raffles City in Chengdu with L-shaped plane, which have planar and vertical irregularities due to large openings in facade and cantilevers, adopts structural system of bracing frame with dense columns and shear wall. A variety of corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken for complex parts of the structure to improve performance-based seismic design objective of key components. The safety of the structure was ensured by several analyses methods such as elastic time-history analysis, checking for second seismic line of important trusses, construction process simulation analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis.
