成都来福士广场结构总体设计

[摘要]成都来福士广场由5座呈半围合形不等高的塔楼、1座中央裙房以及4层地下室组成,塔楼结构主体形式为钢筋混凝土带斜撑的密柱框架-剪力墙结构,裙房为钢筋混凝土框架结构。建筑物主要外立面采用浅色清水混凝土。5座塔楼外形新颖独特,形成复杂结构体系,主要特点包括:突出悬挑、斜向悬挑、立面开大洞、立面收进、竖向构件不连续、空中连桥等。结构存在多项超限或抗震不利特征,设计过程中采用了基于性能的抗震设计思想。针对各部位的重要性,通过提高性能目标、详细的计算分析、试验研究、施工全过程模拟、监测等措施,保证了结构的可实施性及安全性。

General structural design of Raffles City in Chengdu

Abstract: Raffles City in Chengdu is composed of 5 semi-enclosed towers with different heights, a central podium and 4 layers basement. The main structural system of the towers is dense column frame-shear wall with brace reinforced concrete structure and the podium adopts the structural system of reinforced concrete frame. The light color bare concrete is used for main facades. With unique facade shapes, the 5 towers present a complex structural system. The main features include protruding cantilever, oblique cantilever, large openings in facade, setback, discontinue vertical components and air bridge. The structure has several out-of-code or seismic unfavorable characteristics, so the performance-based seismic design concept was adopted in the design process. In view of the importance of each part, the practicability and safety of the structure were ensured through performance objective improvement, detailed calculation analysis, test study, simulation analysis of construction process and monitoring of the whole construction process.
