对《砌体结构设计规范》(GB 50003—2011)若干问题的分析与修订建议*

[摘要]基于《砌体结构设计规范》(GB 50003—2011)颁布以来的实践与反馈意见,分析了砌体强度、耐久性设计、承载力计算、构造要求、抗震设计中的一些不正确、欠严密和不完善之处,提出了修改和补充意见。在砌体结构构件承载力计算方法上,《砌体结构设计规范》的制定、修订应引领它在砌体结构鉴定、加固等标准间的衔接、完善与配套。为提高砌体结构的设计质量和工程质量,建议取消刚弹性方案房屋静力分析的规定,提供简化的墙梁计算方法。《砌体结构设计规范》(GB 50003—2011)从体系上应作进一步的调整与充实,以适应建筑产业现代化的发展需要。[关键词]砌体结构; 设计规范; 规范修订中图分类号:TU365 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)12-0076-05
Analyses and revision suggestions on some articles of Code for design of masonry structures(GB 50003—2011)
Shi Chuxian, Huang Liang, Bao Tangtang(College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China)Abstract: Based on the practice and feedback views for Code for design of masonry structures (GB 50003—2011), some incorrect, imprecise and imperfect aspects of the masonry strength, durability design, capacity calculation, structural requirements and seismic design were analyzed, and revises and additional comments were given. As for the bearing capacity calculation of masonry structural members, the establishment and revision of Code for design of masonry structures should lead the engagement, improvement and supplementary in standards such as identification and strengthening of masonry structures. In order to improve the design quality and engineering quality of the masonry structures, it was suggested that rules of rigidelastic scheme of housing static analysis should be abolished and a simplified calculation method of wall beam should be provided. Code for design of masonry structures (GB 50003—2011) should further be adjusted and enriched from the systematic perspective, so as to meet the requirement of development of construction industry modernization.Keywords: masonry structure; code for design; code revision
