南京某多层住宅新型冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土剪力墙结构设计

[摘要]南京某多层住宅上部结构采用了新型冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土剪力墙结构,其结构受力体系接近于钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。在工厂拼装成片的冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨替代钢筋混凝土结构的钢筋作为受拉杆件,在薄壁钢骨上面固定模板浇筑混凝土承压。在多项针对性试验和有限元分析提供的可行性支持下,对剪力墙结构各部分进行结构设计,并使其满足四级抗震的各项要求。为确保上部新型冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土剪力墙的弯矩与剪力有效地传递到其下部普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙,在下部结构顶部设计了有效的连接。

Structural design of new-type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall of a multi-storey residence in Nanjing

Abstract: New-type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall structure was used in a multi-storey residence in Nanjing, whose mechanical system was similar to RC shear wall structure. The cold-formed thin-walled steel frame, which was assembled in factory in pieces, replaced the rebar in RC structure as a tension member. The concrete was poured in template fixed on the frame. Structural designs of respective parts of concrete shear wall structure were carried out with the support of a number of targeted experiments and finite element analyses, and level 4 seismic requirements were met. In order to ensure the bending moment and shear force from upper new type cold-formed thin-walled steel concrete shear wall were passed to the RC shear wall below effectively, an effective connection on the top of the lower structure was designed.
