橘子洲毛泽东青年艺术雕塑头部结构模型试验研究

[摘要]近年来,异型空间板壳结构由于其良好的力学性能而广泛应用于实际工程中。以橘子洲毛泽东青年艺术雕塑结构为工程背景,对雕塑头部结构进行了缩尺比例模型试验研究,得到了试验模型的混凝土开裂荷载和极限荷载,分析了荷载作用下横向水平板对核心筒壁和外挑短肢剪力墙受力性能的影响。同时,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS对该试验模型进行了对比分析,验证了MIDAS软件分析结构的可靠性。试验研究结果表明,水平板的设置极大地改变了试验模型的受力性能,试验模型具有明显的塑性破坏特征。由于试验模型得到的开裂荷载大于结构的实际承受荷载,因而结构是安全的。根据试验研究结果,对雕塑实际结构设计提出了建议。

Experimental study on head structure model of Mao Zedong Youth Art Sculpture on Orange Island

Abstract:In recent years, heterotypic spatial plate-shell structure is great widely used in practical engineering due to its good mechanical behaviors. Based on the structure of Mao Zedong Youth Art Sculpture on Orange Island, a reduced-scale model of head structure of the sculpture was tested to obtain the concrete cracking load and ultimate load. Then, the influences of lateral horizontal slabs under the loads on mechanical performances of core wall and cantilever short-pier overhanging walls were analyzed. Meanwhile, the reliability of finite element analysis software MIDAS in analyzing the structure was verified through comparing the finite element model results with the experimental results. The experimental results show that the mechanical performance of experimental model is greatly changed by lateral horizontal slabs, and its plastic failure characteristic is obvious. The safety of head structure is reliable, because the concrete cracking load obtained by experimental model is larger than its actual bearing load. According to the experimental results, some suggestions were presented for the design of the actual structure.
