垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力研究

[摘要]对支管受轴向压力作用的垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点进行了非线性有限元分析,研究了几何参数对加强型节点受压极限承载力的影响。分析表明,设置适当尺寸的垫板能够增强Y型圆钢管相贯节点承受荷载和抵抗变形的能力。用多元线性回归法求出垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力提高系数φp的回归方程,从而提出了垫板加强Y型圆钢管节点受压极限承载力的建议公式。

Research on ultimate compressive bearing capacity of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate

Abstract:Nonlinear finite element analysis is used for the numerical computation of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate under axial compression of the brace. The research on the effects of geometric parameters on the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of reinforced joints shows that with a proper reinforced plate size, the load-carrying capacity and the deformation-resistance capacity of circular hollow section Y-joints will be improved. By multiple linear regression, a regressive equation is deduced withφp coefficient for the improvement of the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of the joints. Then the design formula to calculate the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of circular tubular Y-joints reinforced with doubler plate is offered.
