北京A380机库焊接空心球节点承载力试验研究

[摘要]以位于首都机场的北京AMECO A380机库大跨度空间网架屋盖跨中上弦处节点球(D800×32)为研究对象,分析此类焊接空心球节点在单向压力条件下的承载力性能。采用有限元非线性分析确定节点的理论承载力,然后通过节点模型试验进行验证。有限元分析结果与试验结果表明:焊接空心球节点的设计承载力较高,完全能够满足设计要求,具有良好的工作性能。

Experimental study on ultimate bearing capacity of welded hollow spherical node in Beijing A380 hangar

Abstract:Taking the welded hollow spherical nodes(D800×32)in Beijing AMECO A380 hangar as studying object, the ultimate bearing capacity of these welded hollow spherical nodes was analyzed subjected to axial compression. First, the ultimate bearing capacity of these welded hollow spherical nodes by FEM method were analyzed, then model experiments were carried out to check the results. The FEM and experiment results indicate that the welded hollow spherical nodes have good behaviors, and the ultimate bearing capacity can meet the demand of designers.
