多高层建筑竣工后沉降的一种简化地基承载系统

[摘要]软土地区多高层建筑在竣工后沉降长期缓慢发展,严重的将影响建筑物的正常使用甚至造成破坏。通常加固区的沉降在施工过程中基本完成,长期发展的沉降主要是桩基础软弱下卧层固结造成的。将桩基的承载体系进行简化,利用修正的荷载传递法计算加固区沉降,并将桩端荷载作为下卧层的附加应力,通过求解固结方程计算下卧层沉降,将两者所计算的沉降迭加作为高层建筑桩基础沉降,使其能反映沉降的长期发展趋势,并利用工程实例对计算方法的准确性进行了验证。

A simplified foundation loading system to study post-construction settlement of multi-storey buildings

Abstract:The post-construction settlement of multi-storey buildings on soft soil increases as time,more serious situations can effect the stability of buildings, even cause damage. The long-term developing settlement is mainly induced by the consolidation of the sublayer. This paper presents a method that the summation of reinforcement area settlement and sublayer settlement is recognized as the total foundation settlement. The deformation of reinforced zone is analyzed using improved load transmission method. The load at the pile tip is taken as the additional stress of sublayer and the settlement of sublayer is calculated by solving the consolidation equation. The proposed method can reflect the long-term tendency of deformation development. The results of two cases show that the method is effective for long term settlement prediction.
