明城府超限高层建筑抗震性能设计

[摘要]明城府工程为一栋超高层商住楼,地上48层,建筑高度152.90m,部分框支剪力墙结构,属超限高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,并针对高位转换和结构高度超限,采取了基于性能的抗震设计和比现行规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。经对结构进行多模型、多软件及线性和非线性结构分析,结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。

Structural design of a high-rise building beyond code limits

Abstract:Mingcheng Ayutthaya is a composite high-rise commercial-residential building with 48-storey on the ground and 152.90 meters of total height. It is partial frame-supported shear walls structure and it ranks the high-rise building beyond code limits. The characteristics and structural engineering design are introduced. A performance-based seismic design and more stringent anti-seismic measures than the current criterions are adopted. The structure is analyzed with multi-model, several softwares and linear and nonlinear analysis. The results show that the work state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of performance and criterion requirements.
