T形平面布置框支剪力墙结构抗震设计

[摘要]结合工程实例,对平面尺度指标超限结构体系的抗震性能进行分析。在建筑功能对结构竖向构件布置存在限制的前提下,提出改善结构抗侧刚度和抗扭能力的措施,并对最大弹性层间位移角接近混凝土高规限值规定进行可行性研究。对转换层位于层2,且层高较高的特殊情况,应同时验算3项刚度比指标方能达到控制转换层刚度突变的目的。采用屈服判别法研究结构在中震作用下的抗震性能,可在宏观上把握结构薄弱部位,有针对性地采取加强措施,以确保结构具备良好的抗震性能。

Seismic design of a shear wall structure supported by frame with T shape plane

Abstract:The aseismatic performance of structural system with extending plane dimension index is analyzed for the given project. The proposals are offered for improving the lateral stiffness and tensional ability of the structure, on condition that the architectural functional requirement restricts the position of vertical supports(columns and walls), and the feasibility is analyzed when the maximum elastic storey drift angle is close to the prescriptive value of -Technical Specification for Concrete Structure of Tall Buiding. In the special circumstances of transfer storey in the second floor and storey height beyond the normal level, the aim that controls vertical rigidity sudden changes can be achieved by means of checking three indexes about storey-lateral-stiffness ratio. The weak members can be distinguished on the whole through the studying of the aseismic performance under middle earthquake by the yield prediction method, the intensifying measures are adopted purposefully to ensure the excellent aseismic performance.
