[摘要]结合某客运专线双线整孔简支箱梁的孔道摩阻损失试验,介绍了预应力束摩阻损失的试验方法,利用最小二乘法对测试数据进行处理,得到了摩阻损失系数μ和κ的计算公式及其实测结果。结果表明曲线梁的κ值比直线梁的大,我国桥涵施工规范关于μ值的规定过于严格,预应力损失参数μ,κ值应在正式施加预应力之前由现场试验确定,以此作为预应力混凝土结构的设计和施工的参考依据。

Research on attrition loss of prestress wire with space curve

Abstract:The experimental method to determine the attrition loss of prestress wire is introduced, combining with the tube frictional resistance loss measurement of single room simple box girders in double lines of a special railway. The data are processed by the least square method, and the calculation formula for frictional factors,μandκ, is obtained. The results show the frictional factorκof curved beams is a little larger than that of straight lined beams, the fixed frictionalμin Chinese national standard is extremely strict, the frictional factorsκandμshould be determined according to the spot experiment before exerting prestress. These parameters obtained provide the foundation for the prestress concrete structure design and construction.
