PHC管桩作桩身的复合载体桩的应用

[摘要]复合载体桩桩身常用混凝土灌注桩,在深厚软土地区其桩身质量不易保证;采用PHC预应力管桩作复合载体桩桩身,既可提高其桩身承载力,又易于保证桩身质量。通过天津空港某工程基础设计,对预应力管桩与混凝土灌注桩为桩身的复合载体桩及以PHC管桩为桩身的复合载体桩进行对比,采用预应力管桩为桩身的复合载体桩单桩承载力高、施工质量易于保证。

Application of the ram-compaction pile with PHC pre-stressed tube as body

Abstract:Normally, the ram-compaction pile body is bored concrete pile, whose quality can′t be guaranteed in deep and thick soft ground. The adoption of PHC pre-stressed tube as the ramcompaction pile body can not only improve pile body strength, but also guarantee body quality. Through the foundation design of a project in Tianjin Konggang, prestressed tube pile and concrete bored concrete pile as the ram-compaction pile are compared with PHC pre-stressed tube pile as the pile body of ram-compaction pile. It is provided that the bearing capacity of the ram-compaction pile with PHC pre-stressed tube as body is bigger than others, and the quality of construction is easy to control.
