开口平面钢-混凝土混合结构温度应力分析

[摘要]工程位于洛阳市,建筑平面为不完整的圆环形,圆环角度243°,外环直径142.7m,环形平面中心线弧长约236m,建筑总高度40.45m,地上8层,地下1层。结构是由钢管柱和焊接H型钢梁组成的钢框架和多个钢筋混凝土核心筒组成。计算采用ANSYS软件,通过对结构整体施加温度作用,考虑了整体温度变化、屋顶阳光直射、地下室刚度等不同影响因素,得出了结构在温度变化时楼板、剪力墙、钢梁等各部分的温度变形和应力分布规律,楼板变形并不沿着弧线长度均匀变化,而是接近于沿外环直径均匀变化。根据分析结果为工程设计提了参考。

Analysis of thermal stress for partial ring plane steel-concrete hybrid structure

Abstract:The project is located in Luoyang, Henan province. The plane is a partial ring with the angle 243°, outer diameter 142.7m and inner diameter 236m. The height of the structure is 40.45m, with eight floors overground and one floor underground. The hybrid structure is made up of several reinforced concrete core walls and steel frames with steel tube columns and H profiled bar beams. Finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted and temperature effect is put on the whole structure. Considering the overall temperature variety, sunlight on the roof, basement stiffness and so on, the laws are concluded on temperature displacement and stress distributing of the floors, shear walls and beams. Floor displacement is nearly changing along outer diameter of the ring plane. The suggestions are put forward for project design.
