[摘要]对采用废弃混凝土经过破碎得到的再生粗骨料,分别以30%,40%,50%,60%,70%取代率制备再生混凝土进行抗冻试验。结果表明,经过100次冻融循环后,各种再生粗骨料取代率的试件均满足抗冻性指标的要求。通过对数据的分析处理,并综合考虑质量损失率和相对动弹性模量两个指标后认为,再生粗骨料的最优取代率在50%左右。

Experimental research on the optimal replacement ratio of recycled coarse
aggregate based on the frost resistance

Abstract:Freeze-thaw cycle tests were carried out on recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) containing the recycled coarse aggregate, which is obtained by breaking wasted concrete, with different replacement ratios of 30%,40%,50%,60% and 70%. Results show that after 100 times of freeze-thaw cycles, frost resistance requirements of all RAC specimens with different replacement ratios can be achieved. Through the data analysis and processing, it′s proposed that the optimal replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is about 50% considering the mass loss rate and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity.
