中航资本大厦塔楼动力弹塑性分析

[摘要]中航资本大厦塔楼地上43层,建筑高度220m,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒混合结构体系。利用MIDAS Building对中航资本塔楼进行8度罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析,并与大震弹性时程分析进行对比,研究结构在罕遇地震作用下的破坏机理、塑性发展特点。分析结果表明:在结构进入弹塑性阶段后,结构刚度降低,周期变长,与弹性分析相比地震反应减小;结构最大层间位移角满足1/100的限值要求,连梁出现较大范围的损伤,主要受力剪力墙塑性损伤较小,环臂桁架腹杆未出现屈服,结构满足“大震不倒”的设防要求。

Dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of  AVIC Capital Tower

Abstract:AVIC Capital Tower has an architectural height of 220m with total 43 stories aboveground, and the frame-corewall mixed structural system with strengthened stories was adopted. The dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis under the excitation of 8 degree rare earthquake was performed on the building by MIDAS Building. The analysis was compared with the elastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake, and failure mechanisms and plastic zone development characteristics of the structure under the rare earthquake were researched. The analysis results show that after the structure enters into the elasto-plastic stage, the structural stiffness decreases, the period is longer, and the seismic response is decreased compared with that in the elastic analysis. The maximum story drift ratio is less than 1/100, which fulfills the limitation requirement. Extensively damage is found in the coupling beams. Main shear walls suffer little plastic damage. The web member of belt truss does not yield. The structure can meet the fortification requirement of “not collapse under the rare earthquake”.
