[摘要]笔者曾于2006年1月和2007年8月两次对西安理工大学一座12层的框剪结构教学办公楼的自振特性进行测试。5·12汶川特大地震中,该楼层2~5的填充墙普遍出现了裂缝。为了考察地震对该建筑物的影响,于震后又对其进行了相同项目的测试。地震前、后结果比较表明:震后纵、横两个水平方向的第一阶周期略有延长,分别延长了7.62%,3.97%;而纵、横两个方向的第二阶周期则有明显的延长,分别达32.62%,36.11%。反映了地震使结构从弯剪型向剪切型变化的趋势。

Testing and analysis on dynamic behavior of a frame-shear wall structure before and after earthquake

Abstract:Natural vibration characteristics of one 12-storey frame-shear wall teaching and office building have been investigated twice in Xi’an University of Technology in January 2006 and August 2007. During Wenchuan earthquake, there are cracks in the filler wall from 2nd floor to 5th floor of this teaching building. In order to investigate the influence caused by the earthquake, the same test was made after the earthquake. The results of pre-post earthquake showed that there was slight prolongation in longitudinal and transverse direction of first period, which was 7.62% and 3.97% individually, while there was significant prolongation of the one of second period, which reached 32.62% and 36.11% separately. It was reflected that the structure will be changed from shear-bending to shear type by the earthquake.
