纵墙承重的多层砌体教学楼房屋抗震能力分析

[摘要]对多层砌体房屋教学楼的抗震性能进行了分析,着重探讨了纵墙承重结构体系的教学楼建筑的抗震性能,分析了构造柱在纵横墙交接处设置,圈梁仅在纵横墙上设置和构造柱在纵横墙、外纵墙与每个横向轴线交接处设置,圈梁在构造柱对应部位设置的两类纵墙承重结构体系教学楼在抗震能力方面存在的主要问题,在分析研究的基础上提出了这类房屋加固应采取的措施。

Seismic capacity analysis of multi-tory masonry teaching building with load-earing of longitudinal wall

Abstract:The seismic behavior of multi-tory masonry teaching building is analyzed, and the seismic behavior of teaching building with load-earing structural system of longitudinal wall is discussed mainly. It also analyzes the main problems of teaching building with two kinds of load-earing structure system of longitudinal wall in the aspect of seismic capacity including the design that constructional columns are set at the connections of longitudinal and lateral walls and circle beams are just set on the longitudinal and lateral walls, and the other design that constructional columns are set at the connections of longitudinal and lateral walls or outer longitudinal walls and every lateral axis and circle beams are set at the corresponding position of constructional columns. Based on analysis and study, it proposes the measures that should be adopted to reinforce this kind of building.
