[摘要]在核安全相关厂房的结构设计中,事故工况下产生的高温作用对混凝土结构的效应是不容忽视的问题。而在工程中采用墙体保温砂浆的做法可以很好地降低混凝土结构的温度内力。由于事故工况产生的高温作用具有较强的瞬时特征,温度场分布也具有显著的不均匀性,导致其内力计算较为复杂。采用有限元软件ANSYS对比了采用保温砂浆及未采用保温砂浆的混凝土墙体在高温时程作用下各时刻的温度场及内力,得出采用保温砂浆对降低混凝土结构温度效应的结论。

Numerical simulation analysis of concrete structure under accident condition temperature effect

Abstract: The temperature effect due to the accident condition on the concrete structure is indispensable in the design of nuclear safety related structures. But the thermal-induced internal force of the concrete structure can be significantly reduced with thermal insulation mortar system. As the temperature variation is instantaneous, and the temperature field distribution is non-uniform, the internal force calculation is very complicated. According to finite element analysis with ANSYS, a detailed analysis of thermal field and internal force of concrete structure with thermal insulation mortar system or not due to temperature effect in each time has been performed. And after the comparison analysis, we can find the conclusion of the internal force in concrete structure with thermal insulation mortar system can be significantly reduced.
