[摘要]GFRP作为一种性价比较高的新材料,在紫外线照射下的耐久性能值得研究。试验以GFRP管混凝土圆柱为研究对象,分别各制作两组6根纤维铺设角度为0°和30°的150mm×450mm的柱子,并将每组构件放入水中。为加速老化,在气候箱内共安装16根UVA-340灯管和12根UVB-313灯管,照射45d后取出构件进行加载。试验表明:紫外线老化作用对GFRP管混凝土圆柱的极限承载力有较为明显的影响,并且对纤维铺设角度为0°的影响较纤维铺设角度为30°的更大;水环境对纤维铺设角度为30°的GFRP管混凝土圆柱的极限承载力影响更大,并且纤维破坏朝着浸水部位发展。

Study on the durability of GFRP tube concrete columns under the UV irradiation

Abstract: GFRP as a new material with high ratio of performance to price, is worth to study under irradiation of ultraviolet durability. The experiment takes the GFRP tube concrete column as the research object, respectively producing six fiber laying angle of 0° and 30° 150mm×450mm columns, and respectively putting the three columns into the water. In order to accelerate the aging, 16 UVA-340 lamps and 12 UVB-313 lamps were installed on the climate box, after 45 days out component loading. The tests show that the effect of ultraviolet aging can obviously affect the ultimate bearing capacity of GFRP tube concrete columns, and the influence of fiber laying angle of 0° compared to fiber laying angle of 30° more; the water environment has greater influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of fiber laying angle of 30° of GFRP tube concrete columns, and the fiber failure developed toward immersion parts.
