[摘要]为对比不同后置夹层结构布置体系的优劣,通过某复式高层结构的具体算例详细探讨了三种后置夹层布置体系对结构整体性能的影响、对框架与核心筒剪力墙之间内力分配的影响以及对框架内力的影响。分析表明夹层布置体系对框架内力影响较大,夹层楼层刚度越大,框架部分承担的内力也越大。提出后置夹层应参与结构整体分析,能较准确地反映使用阶段结构中各构件的实际受力状况,计算结果合理、可靠。同时针对后置夹层结构设计中可能出现的薄弱部位给出了几点加强措施和建议。

Comparison and analysis of a post-built interlayer structure system

Abstract: To compare the advantage and disadvantage of different post-built interlayer structure system, the influence of the three post-built interlayer layout system on structure performance, internal force distribution between outer frame and inner tube and internal force of the frame were discussed by example of a double high-rise structure. Analyse conclude that the post-built interlayer layout system have great influence on inter force of the frame, floor stiffness of interlayer is bigger, the internal force of the frame part will bear more. Proposed that post-built interlayer should be involved in the overall calculation and can accurately reflect the actual stress condition of components in using phase, at the same time the results of such a calculation are reasonable and reliable. Meanwhile several strengthening measures and suggestions were given to the design of layout system in view of the weak part.
