[摘要]某综合体商业楼地上主体结构3~5层,二层、三层平面大凹凸,四层中部开大洞,屋顶为钢桁架采光玻璃顶,下部楼层多处较大跨度平台端部不允许设墙柱,局部端头悬臂最大约15.1m。针对结构布置十分不利的建筑方案要求,设计采用高强钢棒悬吊下部平台,通过桁架再将荷载传递至周边框柱。重点介绍了结构的体系选择与设计思想、采取的加强措施、施工顺序的合理确定及关键节点设计。

Structural design of a complex commercial buildings on the ground

Abstract: A complex commercial building′s upper main structure has 3~5 stories. The second and third stories′ plans are convex and concave, the fourth plan has a big middle hole, the roof is a steel truss lighting glass roof. At the ends of the lower floors of multiple large span platforms do not allow wall or columns,and the local end has a maximum cantilever of about 15m. In view of such layout requirement which is harmful to the structure, design adopts high strength steel bar suspension lower platforms, through the truss transfers load to the surrounding frame columns. The design ideas, system structure, strengthen measures, reasonable construction sequence and key nodes were focused on.
