[摘要]天津盈信金融大厦为B级高度的超限高层,结构选用SATWEPMSAPMIDAS三种软件分别建模分析结构在多遇地震作用下的抗震性能,采用静力弹塑性分析方法(Pushover)对结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能进行分析,并针对关键构件设定了性能目标的要求。根据计算分析结果,结构能够实现预期的性能目标。

 Structural design of Tianjin Yingxin finance building

Abstract: Tianjin Yingxin finance building is an ultra-limit high-rise structure of B level height. The analysis results with SATWE, PMSAP and MIDAS software under frequent earthquake were carried out. Pushover method under rare earthquake was used to verify the structures seismic response and the performance objectives of the members were carried out. The analysis results show that the structure can achieve the desired performance objectives and the structural design is rational and safety.
