[摘要]天津旺海国际广场1#、2#楼的结构高度为147m,属超高层结构,采用筒中筒结构体系。为了使分析结果安全可靠,分别运用PKPM和ETABS两种软件对结构进行了多遇地震下的反应谱分析,并将结果进行对比。结果表明,两种软件求得的结构各主要参数结果都基本一致,误差很小,从而证明了计算结果的正确性。在反应谱分析的基础上,利用PKPM软件对结构进行了弹性时程反应分析,时程分析选取了5条天然波和2条人工波。分析结果显示,时程分析计算出的结构各层剪力的平均值略大于反应谱分析的结果,在设计时,对整楼的地震力进行了放大处理,使构件的内力和配筋满足要求。

Structural analysis and design on the 1# and 2# tower building of
Wanghai International Plaza in Tianjin

Abstract: The structural height of the 1# and 2# tower building of Wanghai International Plaza in Tianjin is 147meters. It is a super high-rise building, and the structural system is tube in tube structure. In order to make the analysis results safe and reliable, response spectrum analysis of the structure under frequent earthquake were carried out by PKPM and ETABS respectively, and the results of the two programs were compared. The compared results show that the main parameters of the structure are almost the same and the error is very small, which proves the results are correct. Based on the response spectrum analysis, elastic time-history analysis was carried out by using PKPM, which selected five natural seismic waves and two artificial seismic waves. The results of time-history analysis are slightly bigger than those of response spectrum analysis. In order to make the structural member′s internal forces and reinforcement meet the requirements of the code, the seismic force of the whole tower was amplified in the design process.
