[摘要]津湾广场8号楼主楼结构高度238.60m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,工程存在超B级高度、塔楼偏置、竖向构件不连续、扭转不规则等多项超限,属复杂超限高层建筑。介绍了结构体系布置、型钢混凝土框架中型钢设置高度、双重抗侧力体系、抗震性能设计、动力弹塑性时程分析等内容。采用SATWE和ETABS两个软件进行弹性分析,结构的层间位移角、周期比、层间受剪承载力比等参数均满足规范要求;采用SATWE软件进行弹性时程分析和中震计算;采用EPDA软件进行大震下的动力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,结构具备较好的承载力和变形能力。

Structural design of No. 8 super high-rise building of Jinwan Square

Abstract: The No. 8 main building of Jinwan Square with structural height of 238.60m, which adopts mixed structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core wall, is an out-of-code high-rise structure that exceeds the height of level B, the main tower has eccentric position, with several exceed-limit items as discontinuity of vertical members, torsion irregularity. Structure layout, height of steel in the steel reinforced concrete frame and dual lateral-resistance system were introduced, performance-based seismic design and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis were presented. Programs of SATWE and ETABS were used to carry out the integral structural elastic analysis, parameters as inter-story drift to story height ratio, period ratio and inter-story shear capacity ratio meet the requirements of the code. SATWE program was used to carry out the elastic time-history analysis and calculation under moderate earthquake. EPDA program was used to make the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Analysis results show that the main structure has well bearing capacity and deformation ability.
