北京地下工程事故原因司法鉴定实例分析

[摘要]深大基坑、地下洞隧等地下工程越来越多,安全管理和风险管理日益得到重视,但是由于种种原因,地下工程事故仍不可避免。对于工程事故,应开展岩土工程司法鉴定,不仅可以对于事故原因进行全面和深入的调查,而且有利于岩土工程技术总结。本文通过对于北京两则地下工程事故的岩土工程司法鉴定,总结出如下事故原因:工程地质条件复杂、设计方案不尽合理、周围复杂环境的影响、专家论证不是上保险,并为安全管理提出如下地下工程设计和施工中的一些预防与注意事项:地层的突变性、工程周边环境、计算参数的合理取值、时刻关注地下水。

Forensic geotechnical engineering analysis of underground engineering failures in Beijing

Abstract: The safety accidents have also occurred often with underground projects of deep foundation excavation and underground tunnel are more and more. The underground engineering accidents are inevitable in Beijing area in the strict control of the design, construction and management. Some collapse accident of typical open-cut and tunneling engineering appeared. Through the analysis of the accidents, summed up as follows: complicated engineering geological conditions, design reasonable, the influence of complicated surrounding environment, expert argumentation is not insurance. Some preventive and matters needing attention of underground engineering design and construction are put forward: formation of the mutant, engineering environment, reasonable values of parameters, pay more attention to groundwater all the time.
