［摘要］载荷试验实际上是模拟建筑物地基基础在受荷条件下工程性能的一种现场模型试验。从载荷试验的目的入手，对试验的原理、常用仪器方法、技术要求、成果应用等展开介绍，并对不同方式的适用范围进行对比分析。

 Principle and practical points of loading plate test

Abstract: Load test is is a simulation of building foundation under the load condition engineering performance of a model test on site actually. The test principle, method of commonly used instrument, technical requirements, etc, from the purpose of load test were introduced. The application was compared.
