[摘要]类刚性大直径旋喷(搅拌)桩是一种具有高强度、大直径、强切土能力综合特点的水泥土桩,其类刚性的强度指标: 在含水量约80%的流塑状淤泥地层中,大于等于28d龄期的水泥土强度qu≥1.5~2.0MPa。经过多年的理论→实践→理论的反复研究,以高效、节能、环保为目标的设备成果使最大桩径已达到1800mm,最大桩长达32m。同时,还发展起类刚性大直径旋喷(搅拌)桩+混凝土桩组合的新桩型。以类刚性为主题的大直径水泥土桩,在基坑支护工程的应用中,取得了安全、经济的特殊效果——以坑内无撑、坑外无锚为特点的类刚性水泥土(格构)墙,最大开挖深度已达11.4m(宽高比b/h≈0.45);1800类刚性水泥土(加劲)墙,开挖深度已达8.0m(宽高比b/h≈0.23)。并且,按类刚性水泥土墙+冠梁模型进行设计的基坑支护工程,取得了变形控制计算值与实测值基本相当的成果。

Development and application of as-unyielding large-diameter rotary
jet (mixing)pile in excavations

Abstract: As-unyielding large-diameter rotary jet(mixing)pile is a cement-soil pile having high intensity-large diameter-strong setsudo capabilities integrated features, the as-unyielding strength index: in current-formed silt who′s water content is about 80%, the strength of the cement-soil qu≥1.5~2.0MPa not less than 28 days. In these years, after much research in the theory and practice, efficient, energy, green as the goal of equipment outcomes, the maximum diameter has been reached 1800mm, the maximum length has been reached 32m. Simultaneously, the new type of pile by as-unyielding large-diameter rotary jet (mixing) pile and concrete pile combination has been developed. As-unyielding as the main feature of the large-diameter cement-soil pile, it has obtain special effects in security and economic in the application of the excavation project. The as-unyielding cement-soil (trellis) wall who′s characteristic is the excavations without strut inside and without anchor outside, the maximum excavation depth reached 11.4m (aspect ratio b/h≈0.45). The as-unyielding cement-soil (stiffening) wall who′s diameter is 1800mm, the maximum excavation depth reached 8.0m (aspect ratio b/h≈0.23). And, when using the as-unyielding cement-soil wall and capping beam model to design the excavation projects, the results of that the deformation control calculated values and measured values roughly equal.
